What payment methods does the app accept?
You can pay your Safeer in cash, or use the balance of your digital wallet, topped up in advance in the YallaGo app. We can also return your cash change straight to your in-app balance, so you never have to worry about small change.

Download the Safeer app, register your details and upload the required documents (ID, driving license and car papers). Our team reviews your application and contacts you to start training.
How do I register my restaurant or store to sell products?
Fill in the merchant sign-up request with the “Register your store now” button in the “Partners in success” section, and our partnerships team will get in touch to set up your account and your menu or product list.
How do you protect my privacy and safety during trips?
Every captain and Safeer goes through full identity and background checks, you can share your live route with your family, and the emergency button and support are available throughout your trip. Your personal information is protected and never shared.
